Vacuum Belt

  • If a vacuum belt turns into very stretched out, it would start to reduce contact with the moving components of the vacuum, leading to a slowdown on movements. Aged belts can also become frayed, eventually snapping. Usually, a vacuum belt should be replaced every 4 to 6 months, depending on how regularly the vacuum used, and how nicely the belt was made.
  • The vacuum cleaner belt plus brush agitation process was developed in 1926 by Hoover vacuums. This kind of vacuum belt model offered much more cleaning power because of the rotation of your brush causes the agitation of dirt particles, that are absorbed into your suction chamber of the vacuum.
